Keeping the NHS Safe
The lockdown has been a challenge for all of us, especially those on the frontline.
It was, therefore, the least we could do with our limited staff and equipment, to help print off some components for PPE for the NHS, and care homes in the local area.
Using our 3D printer we have been able to print off 2 variants of visor components. The first one was quite complex and it caused a lot of blockages, but we managed to print quite a few.
We are now helping to fulfil an order for 700 head-restraints; all coordinated by Claire at T-Exchange Findhorn.
The last delivery was for 52 with a target of another 50 this week; every little helps as the saying goes.
Thanks to Luke who has been working around the clock to keep the 3D printer running.
And of course a big thanks to everyone helping us all to stay safe.
